Michael Nicula – Online Party of Canada

Rumanian-born Michael Nicula has packed an absolutely incredible number of experiences, careers, activities, and achievements into his 42 years. He is also the founder and creator of Canada’s 19th federal political party, the Online Party of Canada (OP), something he accomplished in his spare time. In this talk he gives a brief overview of his life’s amazing trajectory and explains what drove him to found the OP with its novel approach to real participatory democracy, true transparency, non-partisanship voting on issues, and legally-binding accountability of elected officials.
