2001, Entertainment
Presented By: Bruce McDonald

Film director, Bruce McDonald, has brought something along with him, something he says saved his life when he was 14 years old. Something that made him think maybe it’s possible, that sort of do it yourself attitude. Here, Bruce tells us about finishing a film which he was trying to make as much about music as possible. He details his experience going to meet music icon Leonard Cohen to listen to exclusive songs for his film, and the result left him asking “How did I get here? This is just so fantastic.” Watch to see how this moment takes him back to the item that saved his life and as he explains how this item was responsible for him making movies.
