Brian has been awarded more than two dozen patents on a wide range of Internet and computer technologies and is the co-founder of Utherverse, an online digital universe which debuted its first virtual world, Red Light Center, in 2006.

At the same time, he published The Minerva Virus, a high-tech thriller that is both an entertaining read and a serious warning of the perils that mankind’s advancing technology is creating.

Earlier, in 1996, he founded Xpics Publishing, which was the preeminent adult entertainment company on the web from 1997 through 2000, boasting more than two million paying members. He also founded Webjump.com, a leading web hosting company, which he sold to TheGlobe.com for $25 million in 1999.

From 1989-1998, he authored the internationally syndicated daily cartoon panel CHAOS, which appeared in newspapers around the world. Currently he is also CEO of Ideaflood, an intellectual property generation and enforcement company.
